MEAL PLANS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS
Whether you choose to purchase a nutrition plan, a training program or both, you will be emailed a client assessment form within 24 hours of making your purchase.
The form allows me to, not only get to know you a little bit, but also determine what food groups, macronutrients, and/or exercises are best suited to your goals and your availabilities.
Once the form is completed and emailed back to me, you will receive your custom meal plan or training program within 72 hours.
You will also be receive full access to my personal WhatsApp and email for any questions you may have regarding your plan or program.
Online COaching

Our online coaching service is the most hands-on option if you want to improve your overall health and well-being.
Extra emphasis is placed on enjoyment, establishing healthy habits, and creating a good relationship with food and with training.
The aim is to create consistency when it comes to training and nutrition, as well as be as informative as possible, we don’t want you to need our help!
Online coaching service includes:
Weekly Check-ins
Updated training programs and nutritional information geared towards your goals
Full-time access to WhatsApp chat for any questions regarding training, nutrition, or habits
Tracked measurements, stats, and progress
Hands-on and involved approach geared toward keeping you in your best shape year round
